Our restaurant offers a separate lunch and evening menu, as well as changing fixed-price menus, designed with the ideal wine in mind. On the à la carte menu you will find several fish delicacies, including grilled turbot fillet with oxjus on a bed of asparagus and sautéed parisienne potatoes or marinated pan-fried monkfish médaillons in soy sauce with shiitake mushrooms, pak choy and crispy potatoes.
